This Function Block type represents a proposed revision of the
generic RESPONDER Service Interface Function Block
(SIFB) type defined in subclauses 6.1.2 and 6.1.3 of IEC
61499-1:2012. In particular, the indication_response_2
service sequence expresses the constraint that the Resource
providing the service shall not issue a new indicate
service primitive until a RSP event has been received
in response to the preceding IND event, if any.
