This Function Block (FB) type is a re-implementation of the E_TOGGLE FB type. The operation
of an instance of this type is defined by the Execution Control Chart
(ECC) and Ladder Diagram (LD) algorithm shown above.
This FB type has been recommended for inclusion in the next edition
of IEC
61499-1. It is recommended instead of E_TOGGLE for use
in future designs.
