This system configuration implements View testing for the Sortation/Inspection testbed.
Additionally, it is used to provide the graphics for the Animation of operational sequences.

The HMI device provides the functionality of the Human Interface layer.
Inter-layer communication is implemented with the local multicast pattern,
e.g., by using PUBL_3/SUBL_3 for linking the MECH_HMIL/MECH_VIEWL pairs.

The VIEW device encapsulates the functionality of the View layer
in three instances of the specialized VIEW_PANEL resource.
