An instance of this Service Interface Function Block (SIFB) type is
used in a Resource of the PRXY_RES
type to provide an interface to a System Manager object
as described in Annex C.2 of IEC
61499-1. In a PRXY_RES instance, the outputs and
inputs of this block are interconnected with the inputs and outputs,
respectively, of a CLIENT_2_1
FB for transmission of encoded management commands to a remote
Device and reception of the corresponding responses. This operation
is modeled by the service sequences shown below.
